As far as the supply and fitting of the awning prompt , good !!! I also asked for prices on a few other items to... improve outward appearance ect , nothing forth coming so I told him to forget it. I also asked for a valuation as it is going to be sold because of health , no that's sales. I'm still waiting for a call!!!! Guess that they are still giggling in the corner like a gaggle of schoolchildren. No, the service and can do attitude of that organisation is not as it became under Corey and his wife. Caravan King is a gem.I discovered this hidden away family business off Pinjarra Road near Spud Shed (200m) heading... towards Pinjarra upon being requested by the person buying my Kimberly Karavan to drop off for an upgrade at Caravan King. All caravan fixes, upgrades and spares are done / sourced here.Some weeks later, I decided to revisit this business upon our need for spare parts after our purchase of a bigger caravan.I discovered the entire staff at this business are absolutely lovely, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with every aspect of any caravan requirements. Cory the owner and Kenny staff member along with other staff members I met were just brilliant in giving advice for me to fix issues with my water heater, water level, clock, toilet, water tanks, tow hitch and jockey wheel. They even lent me their tow ball scale to take home and return at my leisure…… how good is that for service?No task asked was too great. Their patience in explaining how utilities worked, even getting under the caravan to explain water tank connections was just amazing. Where does one experience this service and commitment in todays world?In all the years of us caravanning and buying spares etc from different companies I have never experienced such a committed group of friendly staff to help fix our issues. Therefore I have taken the time to write this review and can only recommend this lovely family business be given a go if you have caravan issues as we did. Purchased a caravan at the cheaper end of the market. We were assured that it had been through their service department... and a full service was done on it. After taking it on our first trip it flooded. We where unable to use the water system for the rest of the trip. After getting home I inspected the van and found 7 issues including the water leak. The issues were not major and didn't cost much to fix apart from my time. All 7 faults in my opinion should of been found and fixed during the service we were told it had. I did contact Caravan King to tell them about the initial leak and they did offer to take the van back and they would investigate and repair it free of charge. As I told them thanks but no thanks as it should of been found in the service along with the other 6.read more

Wonderful family owned business. All of the staff are so helpful and lovely. Bought our van from them and received... impeccable service. A few weeks later it was damaged in a hail storm. Caravan King staff went out of their way to start repairs before the insurance claim was fully authorised so that we could go away as planned. They also booked us in earlier than originally planned to do the other repairs once the insurance claim processed because we discovered a leak. If there was a 6 star option, we'd be choosing it. When we came to pick up our van, (after already paying for it), we... were very pleasantly surprised to find that they had installed a brand new battery, a brand new awning roof, power socket cover, plus other improvements. They also didn't just do a rush handover, but spent lots of time showing us every part of our van, including how to set up the electric brakes, plus made sure they were working. A few months later the lock barrel in our door fell out when removing the key. Caravan King sent someone out to our house and installed a new barrel (no charge). We were not expecting that. We were more than happy to pay. We strongly recommend that you give them a go. Genuine honesty and real country service. Worth taking a short drive.read more

The team at Caravan King are awesome. They listen to what you want and keep you in the loop through the process. We... wanted a cupboard turned into usable space by placing draws inside the cupboard. The job done was fantastic. Even through our lockdown I received communication and video of what was happening with our van. I ended up with 3 draws and 2 shelves in this what was wasted space and the cupboard door was turned into a bi-fold door and the centre column removed to provide extra space for the draws. Awesome job team and a big thankyou to Santika who's customer service was fantastic. Would definately recommend Caravan King if you want old fashion customer service,and an awesome job at a reasonable price.read more

We needed some running repairs done on the van and as we are travelling shortly we needed to get them done quickly.... When we called Kings they said that they were sorry but could not get the mobile mechanic to us in time, however, if we could get the van down to them they would "make a hole" in their busy schedule to fit us in. From the moment we contacted Kings to getting the repairs done the service was brilliant. They are just sorting out the new premises but they surpass the service provided by other more established operators. From the reception when we dropped of the van (thank you Santieka) through to the extra stuff the mechanics did on the van, to pick up (thank you Aleisha) I cannot fault them. I would thoroughly recommend this place if you have any caravan problems. I had a damaged front window on my van that... was to be replaced under insurance. Unfortunately, a replacement couldn't be located so they sourced a manufacturer who could make a similar one. I know for a fact that they installed and reinstalled several times before they were satisfied with how it looked.Thanks guys, great job.read more
