About the Role:
• Diagnostics: Be the problem solver for our sales division for caravans, motorhomes, and campers—everything from mechanical to 12V electrical, plumbing, and accessories.
• Servicing: Support the service department in an overflow capacity, keeping your skills relevant to your trade.
• Team Collaboration: Join a supportive crew that values quality, reliability, diligence, and being a true team player.

What We’re Looking For:
• Diagnostic Skills: A background in automotive or associated trades (e.g. auto accessories, auto electrical) with a passion for trouble-shooting.
• Communication Skills: You take pride in documenting your findings and working with parts and the sales teams to ensure repairs run smoothly.
• Team Spirit: Happy to work both independently and alongside colleagues in a fun, close-knit environment.
• Caravan Passion: Genuine interest in how caravans function — including plumbing, mechanical, 12 volt and solar systems — and a desire to help customers enjoy safe, reliable adventures on the road.

Requirements:
• C Class Driver’s License
• Willingness to undergo a National Police Clearance
• Mechanical or workshop diagnostic experience
• Physically fit and agile for the demands of the job
• Experience using tools in a workshop setting
